Meet Vince Gaetano.  Self-described as friendly, helpful, and dedicated, Vince has long loved helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership and teaching them how to save money to pay off their mortgage faster than what a bank would like them to. As the founder, owner, and principal broker at OwlMortgage.ca, Vince is motivated to work hard by his three boys for whom he always seeks to set a good example.

Whether it’s working hard on relationships, school, or business, hard work will always have a positive outcome. When he’s not hard at work at OwlMortgage.ca, Vince enjoys family time, golfing, enjoying great food with friends and family, and traveling.

Meet Armando Sardellitti.  Armando has always loved being a trusted advisor to his clients and strives to provide excellent service with every interaction.  Spending the last 25 years helping retailers across the globe implement the most innovative technologies has been extremely rewarding and during this time he has grown passionate about the power of real estate to help round out a solid investment portfolio. 

He is very excited to take the lead as Head Property Manager for the RPM Wealth Builder team in order to help educate and inspire the next generation of real estate investors in the GTA, including his two sons.

Meet Rolando Sardellitti. Rolando is a results-oriented financial leader with more than 33 years of experience with a track record of successfully building and leading empowered finance teams anchored by an exceptional work ethic.

His career started with KPMG in Toronto where he obtained his CPA, CA and then moved onto a 20-year career working in the consumer packaged and food processing industry taking on progressive financial and corporate executive positions.

He currently runs a small financial services business and enjoys working with teams committed to leadership, integrity, teamwork and working hard while having fun.

When he is not helping clients with their financial needs, Rolando enjoys traveling, reading, swimming, and spending quality time with family and friends whenever he gets a chance.
